This Proposition 215 also exempts marijuana dispensary patients, caregivers and physicians who recommend medical cannabis for medical purposes.

In 2003, SB 420 was signed into law to address the fears and clarify everyone the scope of the Compassionate Use Act. This bill is for medical cannabis patients, caregivers in the clinic, the application of the medical cannabis law, federal law enforcement, physicians and other marijuana.

This bill was also behind the program volunteer’s statewide medical cannabis ID card. He said that medical identification program was undertaken to help patients identify medicinal marijuana under medical patients.

Medical marijuana patients must obtain a medical identification card before they can use this medical cannabis. Patients who have qualified the recommendation of doctors to use medical marijuana for their condition can get this card to identify their local registration office.

This medical marijuana card is used to verify marijuana patients and caregivers’ dispensary doctors have authorization to possess, grow, transport and use of this medical marijuana in the region.

Just so you know, over 70% of registered voters in Sacramento that favor the use of medical cannabis to cure various diseases. They expect the federal government allows the use of this legal medical marijuana without being persecuted.
